For products like coated roller blind, there are more than 4 process such as prepare of yarn, weaving, dyeing, coating etc. if quality control is not practiced at each process, it will lead to a uncertainty on production time as well as quality issues, in our quality control process, we fully inspect yarn color, base fabric quality, dyed color quality as well as coated fabric quality, we use ERP system to log all the datas of each order so they are trackable, for detail of how our quality control system is, please check above link QUALITY CONTROL.

OUR HISTORY
Startex is a fabric mill in China that mainly focuses on window covering fabrics. We weave, dye, coat the fabrics and we sell to distributors, converters, fabricators throughout the North and South American.
Startex was founded in 2015, we are not growing into a team with 15 people with 2 offices and a 1500 square meters warehouse.
Our main focus is to provide various window covering products with good quality control and low MOQ.
Our team members have rich experiences in fabric weaving, dyeing coating industries, and we work with fine suppliers to ensure the quality level. We fully inspect our products at every process to make sure our goods are within quality specs.
